Weekends at Cyan

Cyan Modern Kitchen

Weekends take on a more flavorful character at Cyan Modern Kitchen as Lanson Place Mall of Asia introduces The Weekend Buffet Collection, a rotating series of themed dining experiences designed for leisurely meals, celebrations, and gatherings by Manila Bay.

Running on alternating weekends until December 13, 2026, the collection gives Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays their own culinary personality. Rather than presenting the same buffet throughout the weekend, Cyan Modern Kitchen offers diners a different experience built around premium ingredients, international influences, familiar favorites, and interactive food stations.

Executive Chef Kristine Oro said the concept reflects how dining preferences have evolved, with guests increasingly looking for experiences that go beyond an extensive selection of dishes. The Weekend Buffet Collection was created to give families and groups of friends something different to enjoy each time they visit.

Friday evenings begin with Let’s Meat Friday, a feast centered on premium cuts and carefully prepared roasts. Guests can explore a dedicated carving station featuring Slow-cooked Pepper Beef Sirloin, Smoked Beef Short Plate, Pork Rack, Marinated Lamb, and chef-prepared accompaniments. Traditional grilling and slow-roasting techniques highlight the natural flavors and textures of each selection.

Saturday brings the Grand Cyan Buffet, the restaurant’s most expansive weekend offering, available for lunch and dinner. Seafood takes center stage with lobster, crabs, shellfish, and freshly grilled selections complemented by premium meats and international dishes. Live cooking stations add an interactive element while bringing together Filipino flavors and global culinary inspirations.

Sundays shift toward a more relaxed and communal experience with Family Table Sundays. Inspired by the tradition of families sharing a meal around one table, the Sunday lunch spread features comforting classics, generous platters made for sharing, and a wide assortment of desserts. The concept encourages diners to slow down and spend quality time with family and friends.

Adding to the experience is Cyan Modern Kitchen’s setting overlooking Manila Bay, providing a scenic backdrop for weekend dining.

The Weekend Buffet Collection began July 24–26 and continues every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on alternating weekends through December 13, 2026. The buffet is priced at PHP 3,300 nett per person.

Cyan Modern Kitchen is located at Lanson Place Mall of Asia, Block 12, Palm Coast Avenue corner Seaside Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

With three distinctive dining concepts presented throughout the weekend, Cyan Modern Kitchen offers guests a new reason to gather, indulge, and make weekend meals an occasion to remember.
