Project Cosmos: PHC Ushers in a New Era of Digital Real Estate

PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) has reached a pivotal milestone with the successful go-live of Project Cosmos, the second phase of its digital transformation journey powered by SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Teaming up with delaware Philippines, a trusted SAP partner known for delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions, PHC aims to set new standards in the Philippine real estate industry by embracing real-time data integration and advanced process automation.

Project Cosmos builds on the groundwork laid by Project Stellar, which modernized PHC’s financial and procurement systems. This latest phase expands digitalization across critical business areas, including Real Estate Management, Project Systems, Asset Management, and Operational Analytics. According to Joselito R. Consunji, PHC’s Chief Operating Officer, the transformation isn’t just about upgrading software—it’s about changing how the organization operates to make faster, smarter decisions.

At the core of this transformation is a powerful suite of SAP solutions. SAP Real Estate Management now streamlines lease and contract processes, while SAP Analytics Cloud delivers real-time insights for data-driven strategies. The deployment also features SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management to track projects more effectively, and SAP Enterprise Asset Management to enhance oversight of physical assets. Adding to this, delaware’s Intellectual Property product on Extended Real Estate capabilities, built on the SAP Business Technology Platform, ensures that the solutions are tailored to the local market’s needs.

PHC executives, delaware teams, and project partners marked this milestone at a go-live celebration on May 16, celebrating months of preparation that included planning, system configuration, and comprehensive testing. Rosette Carrao, Partner and Managing Director at delaware Philippines, underscored that the collaboration goes beyond system implementation—it’s about future-proofing PHC’s operations and supporting sustainable growth.

Echoing this, Simone Pigason, Senior Vice President for Customer Success at delaware Philippines, emphasized that Project Cosmos exemplifies how cloud-based ERP solutions can transform an entire organization, positioning PHC to lead with agility and actionable insights.

Currently in its Hypercare phase, PHC continues to work closely with delaware Philippines to stabilize systems, resolve issues, and embed new processes into daily operations. “Each milestone isn’t an end but a new beginning,” Consunji shared. With this momentum, PHC is poised to innovate further and strengthen its role as a digital leader in the Philippine real estate market.
