Century Tuna has officially introduced the Top 20 male and Top 20 female finalists of the Century Tuna Superbods 2026 competition, ushering in what the brand calls the “Superbod Era”—a refreshed vision of fitness that values resilience, purpose, and overall well-being as much as physical transformation.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the country’s longest-running fitness search gathered hundreds of hopefuls from across the Philippines before narrowing the field during the highly anticipated Final Callback event. More than a showcase of athletic physiques, the competition highlighted inspiring personal stories, determination, and the different paths contestants have taken toward healthier lifestyles.
Hosted by 2018 Century Tuna Superbods Grand Winner Maureen Montagne and radio personality KC Montero, the event placed equal emphasis on confidence, character, and advocacy. Contestants shared how fitness has shaped their lives while demonstrating poise on stage, reinforcing the competition’s renewed focus on holistic wellness.
This year’s edition also reflected greater inclusivity. Returning hopefuls who have pursued the title for several years stood alongside first-time contestants, while mothers, fathers, fitness coaches, celebrities, and professionals from different industries shared the same stage. The competition also welcomed transgender men for the first time and featured older participants proving that maintaining an active lifestyle has no age limit.
According to Carlo Endaya, Vice President, General Manager, and Group Business Head of Century Pacific Food Inc., the evolution of Superbods remains anchored on its long-standing mission of encouraging Filipinos to embrace healthier lives.
“Every edition, the Superbods competition evolves, but our core mission remains unchanged—to inspire Filipinos to unlock the healthiest, most vibrant versions of themselves,” Endaya said. He added that the “Superbod Era” celebrates wellness as a lifestyle built on passion, discipline, and personal growth.
Contestants were evaluated by a panel composed of Century Pacific Food Inc. executives, actress and fitness advocate Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and former Century Tuna Superbods grand winners Jules Aquino and Christelle Abello. They underwent a series of challenges, including a walk-off and a question-and-answer segment, where judges assessed not only their physique but also their confidence, communication skills, and commitment to promoting health and wellness.
After the final deliberations, Century Tuna announced the Top 20 Male and Top 20 Female Finalistswho will advance to the grand finals, where they will compete for this year’s coveted Superbods titles.
Now entering its third decade, Century Tuna Superbods continues to evolve beyond a traditional physique competition. By recognizing individuals from diverse backgrounds and celebrating stories of perseverance, discipline, and self-improvement, the program reinforces the idea that true fitness extends beyond appearance—it is a lifelong commitment to health, confidence, and purposeful living.
As anticipation builds for the grand finale, the newly named finalists are set to inspire more Filipinos to pursue their own wellness journeys, proving that the modern Superbod is defined not only by strength, but also by determination, inclusivity, and the courage to become the best version of oneself.
