Camella Celebrates Milestones and Community Bonds in 2024

Camella in Provence was hailed 2024 Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon by the Lamudi The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards.

This year, Camella, the country’s largest homebuilder under Vista Land, celebrated a string of milestones that underscored its commitment to nurturing Filipino families and communities. With nearly five decades of excellence, Camella solidified its legacy with significant achievements and events that brought homeowners together.

Following its remarkable victories at the 2023 Lamudi Outlook Awards—where it won Best Developer in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—Camella continued its winning streak in 2024. Camella in Provence earned the prestigious Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon award, reaffirming its reputation for excellence across the archipelago.

The most beautiful thing Camella has created through the decades are the irreplaceable memories in the hearts of Camella families

Camella’s 47th anniversary celebration, themed “Celebrating 47 Years: Stories of Success with Camella”, was a nationwide weeklong tribute to the families who call its communities home. The festivities featured the online campaign “Your Home, Your Story”, inviting homeowners to share their journeys to owning a Camella home, and the Ultimate Trivia Challenge, a fun test of knowledge about the company’s storied history.

Camella also reaffirmed its environmental stewardship through the ‘Environmentally Resilient Communities for Our Shared Home’ campaign during Earth Hour 2024.

To make homeownership even more accessible, Camella launched the HomeDASH platform, offering tailored packages for ready-for-occupancy (RFO) homes, non-ready-for-occupancy (NRFO) properties, and lot-only options. This initiative simplified the buying process for Filipinos seeking their forever homes.

Beyond its commitment to housing, Camella demonstrated environmental stewardship through its Earth Hour 2024 campaign, “Environmentally Resilient Communities for Our Shared Home.” Partnering with PAVI Green, Camella led tree-planting drives, clean-ups, and webinars promoting sustainable practices.

Themed ’Celebrating 47 Years: Stories of Success with Camella’, the nationwide festivities reflected the gratitude of the company for the sense of belonging and shared success in Filipino communities.

Throughout the year, Camella organized events to foster family bonds, including the Egg-citing Easter gathering, and digital campaigns like “Make Your Moms Smile (MOMS)” and “Dear Awesome Dad (DAD)” to celebrate parenthood. Christmas was highlighted by “Around the Islands”, a campaign showcasing regional holiday traditions, and “A Canvas of Unbreakable Bonds”, a digital art competition celebrating the essence of Filipino family life.

Lamudi’s recognition affirmed the accomplishments of Camella spanning nearly five decades and its far-reaching impact and excellence across the archipelago.

As 2024 draws to a close, Camella remains committed to creating spaces and experiences that bring joy, sustainability, and a sense of belonging to Filipino families.
