Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), recently celebrated Filipino-American History Month with its second U.S. Roadshow in California. Held at The Terrace by Mix Mix in South Coast Plaza, the event brought together Filipino-American leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to highlight the company’s premium developments and strengthen ties with the Filipino diaspora.
Known for its pioneering work in luxury beachfront and leisure communities, Landco shared its vision of creating vibrant and sustainable spaces for Filipinos worldwide. The event coincided with the company’s recognition at the 2024 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, where it was honored as a Highly-Commended Best Lifestyle Developer for its flagship Leisure Tourism Estates: the 15-hectare CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach) and 23-hectare Club Laiya in Batangas.

Guests, including prominent figures from diverse industries, enjoyed a Filipino-inspired fusion menu curated by Chef Ross Pangilinan. Co-organized with Fil-Am marketing expert Marcie Taylor, the intimate dinner served as a platform to introduce Landco’s latest investment opportunities. These include iconic beachfront developments like The Nautilus at CaSoBe, The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, and The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego—properties offering luxurious living and strong investment potential.
Landco CEO Erickson Y. Manzano emphasized the company’s mission: “We aim to create spaces where Filipinos from the U.S. and beyond can feel at home. Beyond building properties, we foster connections and promote sustainable living in world-class beach resorts, ensuring these legacies are passed down through generations.”
Highlighting Landco’s proven track record, the company noted the remarkable appreciation of its legacy project, Punta Fuego, which has grown by approximately 1,000% in value since its launch in the 1990s.
The evening also showcased Landco’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, with properties like The Nautilus and The Spinnaker designed by award-winning international teams. These developments combine luxury, sustainability, and investment potential through features such as hotel-like amenities, optional lease-back programs, and access to vibrant leisure facilities.

Landco Pacific’s U.S. Roadshow not only celebrated Filipino-American heritage but also fostered meaningful conversations about bridging communities and investing in the Philippines’ beach paradises.
