Vista Land strengthened its presence across different segments of the Philippine property market after several developments under its portfolio received recognition at the Dot Property and Lamudi Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026.
Leading the honors was Camella, named Best Housing Developer in Visayas and Mindanao. Other awards highlighted Vista Land developments serving families, students, lifestyle-focused homeowners, and property investors across several locations.
Camella Praverde in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, received Best Multigenerational Housing Development as well as the People’s Choice Award. Siena by Crown Asia in Bacoor City was recognized as Best Lifestyle Development, while Hawthorne Heights by Vista Residences in Quezon City earned Best Student Residential Development. The Upstate by Vista Manors in Bay, Laguna, meanwhile, was named Best Investment Property in Emerging Communities.

The recognition reflects Vista Land’s strategy of developing properties for different stages of life rather than concentrating on a single residential market.
For Camella, the Visayas and Mindanao distinction comes as the housing brand approaches its 50th year. The company reports having built more than 600,000 homes across 1,250 communities in 49 provinces and 147 cities and municipalities.
“This honor for Camella as Best Housing Developer in Visayas and Mindanao on its road to 50 years affirms our continued commitment to bring lifelong homeownership to generations of Filipinos across the archipelago,” said Mary Lee S. Sadiasa, Chief Operating Officer of Vista Land.

In Cavite, Camella Praverde demonstrates another aspect of the company’s residential strategy. The nearly 12-hectare Spanish Mediterranean-inspired development provides adaptable spaces intended for multigenerational households, complemented by amenities and access to Dasmariñas’ growing commercial and infrastructure network.
Nearby in Bacoor, Siena by Crown Asia takes a different approach. The 5.9-hectare residential community draws inspiration from Tuscany, combining Italian-influenced architecture, landscaped surroundings, leisure amenities, and connectivity to major roads linking Cavite with Metro Manila and South Luzon.

Vista Land’s vertical developments also received recognition.
Along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City, the 41-storey Hawthorne Heights responds to demand generated by nearby educational institutions, including Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, and the University of the Philippines Diliman. The development offers studio and one-bedroom units together with study rooms, a gym, swimming pool, function hall, and fitness areas.
In Laguna, The Upstate by Vista Manors represents the group’s expansion into emerging regional markets. Located in Bay, the vertical residential development offers studio and one-bedroom units alongside recreational facilities, roof decks, and smart home-ready features.

Together, the awards highlight how Vista Land is diversifying its residential portfolio as economic activity and property demand expand beyond traditional metropolitan centers. Through Camella, Crown Asia, Vista Residences, and Vista Manors, the company addresses different housing requirements—from family-oriented communities and upscale developments to student residences and investment properties.
The distinctions also reflect a broader change in Philippine real estate, where buyers increasingly consider accessibility, lifestyle, education, infrastructure, and long-term adaptability when choosing where to live or invest.

For Vista Land, serving these different priorities remains central to its nationwide residential development strategy.
