
The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) New Manila Chapter formally inducted its new set of officers and members during its General Monthly Meeting on July 30, 2025, at the BuildriteHub and Sinclair Pro Store in Del Monte, Quezon City. The venue served as a backdrop for fostering collaboration between industry professionals and partners.

The leadership turnover saw Architect Mae Livia Ong assume the role of Chapter President, succeeding Architect Ronald Alan Ko, the Immediate Past President. The occasion highlighted the chapter’s continued commitment to advancing the architectural profession and promoting unity among its members.

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. President and CEO Inv. Derrick Tan attended the event as guest speaker. In his address, Tan underscored the importance of innovation and integrity in the field, emphasizing the role of architects in shaping the future of Philippine infrastructure. He also spoke about the value of resilience in design and the need to align professional practice with sustainable development goals.

The induction ceremony also served as a platform for members to reaffirm their dedication to professional growth and service to the community.
