Powering the Next Chapter of NutriAsia’s Digital Future

The manufacturer of the Philippines’ best condiments and sauces pushes its digital transformation forward as it enters the next phase of its journey towards greater agility, efficiency and productivity.

Fresh from completing its cloud migration under the RISE with SAP journey, NutriAsia is pressing forward with a new phase in its digital transformation—rolling out SAP Cloud ERP Private across its enterprise. More than a technology upgrade, the initiative marks a strategic move to strengthen the company’s operational backbone and support long-term growth in a fast-evolving FMCG landscape.

Partnering with delaware Philippines, a global SAP Platinum Partner, NutriAsia is embarking on a deeper transformation focused on harmonizing and optimizing core processes. The goal is clear: to build a smarter, more agile organization powered by real-time insights and seamless integration across operations. According to Vergel Villacorta, NutriAsia’s Information Technology and Digital Transformation Group Head, the project goes beyond adopting new systems. It represents a shift toward embedding innovation into everyday work, enabling faster decisions and minimizing operational disruptions.

At the heart of the initiative is the overhaul of NutriAsia’s core systems across 15 critical business areas, spanning manufacturing, distribution, and investment functions. The new platform will introduce advanced capabilities such as automated compliance reporting, improved batch management, and more efficient warehouse utilization—tools designed to match the scale, complexity, and speed of a major FMCG player.

NutriAsia President and COO Angie Flaminiano described the rollout as both a renewal and a forward leap. With the company’s digital foundations already in place, the focus now is on completing the transition to an intelligent, resilient enterprise. By simplifying and streamlining processes, NutriAsia aims to create a future-ready core that can respond quickly to market changes while supporting sustainable growth.

For delaware Philippines, the project highlights the power of collaboration in delivering lasting value. Partner and Managing Director Rosette Carrao emphasized that the journey is as much about people and teamwork as it is about technology. This sentiment was echoed by delaware International Partner Yoeri Coessens, who noted that harmonized processes and real-time analytics will reinforce NutriAsia’s leadership in the FMCG sector.

Supporting the initiative, SAP Philippines Managing Director Jill Santos underscored how SAP Cloud ERP Private enables companies to modernize while protecting existing SAP investments. With a clean core, advanced automation, and scalable cloud capabilities, the platform provides NutriAsia with a resilient foundation—one designed not only to keep pace with change, but to stay ahead of it.
