Education has the power to change the direction of a life—and when communities come together to support it, that impact multiplies. Guided by this belief, Pru Life UK continues to strengthen its partnership with the Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation, Inc. (FBDFI), reaffirming its commitment to nurturing young minds through the Bayani Scholars Programme.
More than a scholarship initiative, the Bayani Scholars Programme represents hope, discipline, and opportunity for students striving to build a better future for themselves and their families. Through sustained support, scholars are given the tools not only to succeed academically, but also to grow into responsible, community-minded individuals who can one day give back to society.
This shared commitment came to life during a special block screening of Wicked: For Good held on November 29, 2025, at Bonifacio High Street Cinema. The gathering brought together partners, donors, and scholars in a setting that encouraged meaningful connection. Beyond the film, the event created space for conversations—allowing supporters to hear directly from the scholars about their dreams, challenges, and aspirations, and to witness how continued educational support makes a tangible difference in their lives.
Pru Life UK was represented by its leadership team, led by President and Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Chakrabarty, alongside Chief Legal and Government Relations Officer Calvin Chua, Chief Product Officer Garen Dee, and members of the company’s leadership and employee volunteers. Joining them was FBDFI President Rico Manuel, as they collectively celebrated the scholars’ milestones and the journeys still ahead.
Through initiatives like these, Pru Life UK reinforces its belief that investing in education is an investment in stronger communities—where empowered youth become future leaders, innovators, and advocates for positive change.
