Manulife Strengthens Its Makati Presence with New Office for Growing Agency Force

Manulife Philippines continues to expand its nationwide footprint with the opening of a new agency office at the Ayala North Exchange Tower 1 in Makati City. Located on the 10th floor of one of the city’s premier business hubs, the new space serves as both a modern workplace and a symbol of the company’s commitment to empower its growing network of financial advisors.

The newly opened facility reflects Manulife’s drive to create environments that inspire productivity, collaboration, and innovation. With flexible work areas, digital resources, and client-focused meeting spaces, the office aims to help financial advisors better connect with customers and guide them in making sound financial decisions.

“This expansion reinforces our vision of being the most professional and digitally enabled agency force in the industry,” said Rahul Hora, President and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Philippines. “By providing our advisors with dynamic and modern spaces, we enable them to deliver greater value and service excellence to Filipino families.”

The launch was led by Hora, together with Chief Agency Officer Sailesh Nalinakshan and National Agency Sales Head Ian Mar Dayot, joined by Manulife financial advisors and agency leaders. Their presence underscored the company’s dedication to developing its people and extending its reach within the National Capital Region.

As the company continues to grow, Manulife remains steadfast in its mission to help Filipinos build better financial futures. The new Makati office represents not just another branch, but a milestone in Manulife’s ongoing journey to make every Filipino’s financial decision simpler, smarter, and more secure.
