Love, Lights, and Cinema: RMA’s “That’s Amore” Returns to Aliw Theatre

RMA Studio Academy sets the stage for an enchanting celebration of love and storytelling with its third annual concert, “That’s Amore: A Night at the Movies,” on November 9, 2025 at Aliw Theatre, Pasay City. Transforming the venue into a cinematic sanctuary, the showcase marries romance and resonance through 25 performances—from sweeping production numbers to intimate solos, seamless medleys, and spirited ensemble pieces—backed by a live orchestra performing timeless favorites, including Dean Martin’s classic “That’s Amore.”

At the heart of the evening is a rare duet between RMA founder and Asia’s Jewel, Jade Riccio, and music icon Jose Mari Chan. RMA’s homegrown and celebrity talents share the spotlight, featuring Michelle Dee, Maymay Entrata, Rhian Ramos, Ina Raymundo, Pepe Herrera, Rain Celmar, Vivoree Esclito, John Arcenas, Renzo Jaworski, Jema Galanza Imogen, Tali Sotto, Amari Sotto, Scarlet Snow Belo, and Zia Dantes, alongside promising young artists Theo Tiu, Sandy Riccio, and Brielle Bitanga.

The journey to opening night began with a Media Launch on September 10, graced by Dr. Maria Cielo Vida (representing BTS ARMY/Bangtan Ajumma sponsor), ASP Chair Emerita Dang Koe, ASP Board Trustees Peng So and Helen Cheng, and RMA Senior Coach Vida Mirang—underscoring the concert’s mission to uplift lives through music.

Fans can also leave their mark at the “Amore Wall,” dedicating favorite love quotes or song requests before the show. In keeping with RMA’s advocacy, a portion of proceeds will benefit the Autism Society Philippines (ASP). “Your support last year meant the world to us,” says Ms. Riccio. “We hope you’ll share the love again this year.”
