Start the new year by making a difference in education: Join Globe’s initiative to enhance public schools with digital tools and connectivity through its latest G-Gantic Goal. This holiday season, Globe invites its customers to contribute towards providing modern learning resources for five underserved public schools. From November 28 to December 30, 2024, customers can donate just one Globe Rewards point, illustrating how small collective efforts can lead to significant change.

The aim is to gather 100,000 points to fund a comprehensive technology upgrade for selected schools across the nation in collaboration with Ayala Foundation and Khan Academy Philippines. The initiative will equip these schools with Globe Fiber Internet for robust learning environments and distribute 100 WiFi-enabled tablets, ensuring students have access to essential educational tools starting January.
Following last September’s successful G-Gantic Goal that provided substantial support through the Hapag Movement, this campaign focuses on closing the digital gap faced by many students in provincial areas who lack reliable technology and internet access.
“This G-Gantic Goal highlights our commitment to empower communities and tackle technological challenges faced by public schools,” said Yoly Crisanto, Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer at Globe.
“By choosing connectivity over conventional gifts this season, we can create long-lasting benefits for students.” Jerome Patalud, Head of Globe Rewards adds that every customer holding at least one Rewards point has an opportunity to help transform education for hundreds of students.
By unlocking this ambitious goal together, Globe aims to kick off 2025 with stronger connections and enhanced educational opportunities—ensuring no student is left behind on their path toward digital empowerment.
