SM Development Corporation (SMDC) continues to strengthen its footprint beyond Metro Manila with the opening of the SMDC Nature Visayas Hub in Iloilo City, signaling a deeper commitment to regional growth and accessibility for Filipino homebuyers. Strategically located at SM Strata Tower 2 along Benigno Aquino Avenue, the hub is designed to serve as a central base for SMDC Nature, the company’s residential segment focused on creating balanced, livable, and thoughtfully designed communities.
