Globe Takes 917 GDay Love Overload Across Communities Nationwide

Globe is bringing its annual 917 GDay celebration beyond the digital space and directly into communities across the Philippines, giving customers more opportunities to experience rewards, games, and surprises closer to home.

Under the theme “Love Overload,” the 2026 celebration features a series of GDay pop-ups scheduled from September to October in key locations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The community tour includes stops in Cebu, General Trias, Quezon City, Lucena, Bacolod, and Angeles City. Some pop-ups will also become part of popular local festivities, including Cebu’s Siomai Festival, Bacolod’s MassKara Festival, and Angeles City’s Tigtigan.

“GDay is our way of showing customers how much we appreciate them, and we want them to feel that wherever they are. By bringing GDay into more communities, we can celebrate alongside our customers and create rewarding moments that feel closer and more relevant to them,” said KD Dizon, Chief Marketing Officer at Globe.

The celebration kicked off in Barangay Tisa, Cebu, during the Siomai Festival from September 18 to 27. It continues at Barangay San Francisco Sunny Brooke 2 Gate 2 in General Trias from September 21 to 23, followed by the LITEX Terminal in Commonwealth, Quezon City, from September 25 to 27.

Globe will then bring the experience to Lucena Public Market from September 28 to 30. In October, the GDay pop-up heads to the Bacolod Government Center during the MassKara Festival from October 13 to 18 before reaching Barangay Balibago in Angeles City during Tigtigan on October 23 and 24.

Each location will offer interactive activities where customers can play and receive rewards. Through the GlobeOne app, users can redeem entries to G Raffle Rush, participate in Goken Zone for chances to win prizes, and discover exclusive GDay offers.

Visitors can also try Spin the Wheel for instant prizes, while qualified customers may receive additional brand-exclusive rewards and freebies.

The experience extends to social media, where customers who share their GDay pop-up moments can get a chance to receive special GDay merchandise and GCash.

Through its nationwide community pop-ups and GlobeOne activities, Globe is turning 917 GDay 2026 into a celebration that reaches customers where they live, work, and gather—bringing its Love Overload theme directly into local communities.
