As enterprises expand their use of cloud services, digital applications and connected platforms, network reliability has become a critical part of business operations. Globe Business is preparing to address growing network complexity with AI WAN, an intelligent network management solution designed to move enterprise connectivity toward more autonomous IT operations.
Previewed during G Summit 2026, AI WAN uses artificial intelligence to continuously monitor network conditions, study traffic behavior and identify potential problems before they develop into major disruptions. The technology is expected to be progressively deployed across Globe’s network infrastructure.
A key feature of AI WAN is its self-healing capability. Instead of relying entirely on IT teams to detect and troubleshoot connectivity problems, the system can recognize certain anomalies, determine their possible cause and take appropriate action with less manual intervention.
Globe Business demonstrated the technology inside the G Summit experience rooms. During the presentation, a physical hardware port was deliberately disconnected to simulate a network failure. AI WAN detected the disruption and automatically rerouted traffic, allowing connectivity to continue without operational downtime.
According to Glenn Estrella, Vice President at Globe Business, the technology forms part of the company’s broader transformation roadmap toward intelligent enterprise operations.
“The G Summit is designed around the theme of Orchestrating Intelligence, demonstrating how next-generation technologies function together to drive the autonomous enterprise,” Estrella said.
AI WAN is designed to predict, explain, visualize and help resolve network concerns. By learning an organization’s normal traffic patterns, it can identify unusual activity and provide IT teams with better visibility into possible performance issues.
Automation, however, is applied according to risk. Low-risk anomalies may be resolved automatically, while standard configuration adjustments can be prepared for implementation. More sensitive or higher-risk changes remain subject to human authorization, keeping enterprise IT teams involved in critical decisions.
Beyond troubleshooting, AI WAN can analyze network capacity trends and anticipate future bandwidth requirements. This could help organizations determine when additional capacity or infrastructure may be needed and support more efficient technology investments.
For businesses, the potential benefit is a shift from reactive troubleshooting toward proactive network management. IT professionals can spend less time responding to routine connectivity problems and devote more resources to projects supporting productivity, innovation and growth.
With its planned progressive deployment, AI WAN strengthens Globe Business’ push to make enterprise networks more intelligent, resilient and easier to manage as organizations accelerate their digital transformation.
