Filipino food is one of the most diverse cuisines that anyone can taste. Not only is our food diverse, but it is also rich in culture and history. Most of the Philippines’ beloved dishes are the result of both our indigenous history as well as the country’s colonial past.
With Filipino food, not only is the Philippines able to show the world its history but also its identity and what sets it apart from other cuisines around the world. So in celebration of Filipino Food Month this April, Sunlight Air and SETIR, in collaboration with Moët & Hennessy, bring you GASTRONOMIC WONDERS.
From April 19 to 21, 2022, Gastronomic Wonders is a three-day culinary event to showcase the wonders of Filipino cuisine alongside four of the Philippines’ rising stars in Manila’s culinary scene: Chef Don Baldosano of Linamnam MNL on April 19, Chef Tina Legarda of Bamba Bistro on April 20, and Chefs Kevin Navoa and Thirdy Dolatre of Hapag on April 21. Each chef will showcase their own styles of cooking, giving guests a wide variety of culinary experiences.
Of course, during this event apart from the mouth-watering Filipino dishes with special twists that are lovingly crafted by the aforementioned chefs, the experience would not be complete without a wine and champagne pairing. This is done in close collaboration with Moët & Hennessy.
Gastronomic Wonders is a limited-time and limited slot event that no foodie should miss out on. Not only does the package include a five-course dinner from the chef of your choice for one night but also a 3 nights’ accommodation at SETIR’s Maldives-esque water villas, daily breakfast, roundtrip flight via Sunlight Air, roundtrip land and boat transfers from Busuanga Airport to SETIR, and more!
