When Jennifer Chuason bought her first condominium in 2013, she never imagined it would be the beginning of a journey that would redefine both her lifestyle and her family’s future. More than a decade later, that single decision has grown into a portfolio of 26 homes—each one reflecting her perseverance, foresight, and love for her children.

A businesswoman and mother of five, Jennifer has always been grounded in hard work. Her family operates a steel raw materials business, while she personally manages a poultry and fruit farm in Pampanga. Real estate became her way of translating years of sacrifice into something lasting. “I worked hard for everything I have,” she says. “That’s why each home had to be more than just a property—it had to serve a purpose.”

Discovering the Value of Condo Living
Her journey began with a unit at SMDC’s Grass Residences in Quezon City. Initially intended as a weekend retreat, it quickly opened her eyes to the comforts of city condo living. The convenience of amenities and the lifestyle it offered showed her that a home could be both practical and rewarding.

That first purchase became the blueprint for others. She invested in Pasay’s Shell and Shore Residences for their bayfront appeal, Sea Residences near the Mall of Asia for rental opportunities with balikbayans and tourists, and Wind Residences in Tagaytay for leisure and family gatherings. “Every property had its own role,” she explains. “Some were for business, others for rest—but all of them became sources of income and security.”

Homes That Serve, Investments That Grow
Today, Jennifer enjoys semi-retirement, often spending time between her homes. Some units are personal sanctuaries, while others generate steady passive income. “At my age, I don’t want stress anymore,” she smiles. “I just wait for the rent and enjoy the amenities whenever I stay.”

But beyond comfort, her vision has always been about her children. Four are already working, and her youngest is still in school. Each property, she says, is a piece of their future. “I invested with them in mind. These are homes they can live in, manage, or grow. What I started, they can carry forward.”
For Jennifer, every condo is more than walls and windows—it is a chapter of her family’s story. From weekends at Grass Residences to reunions in Tagaytay, each space carries memories and promises of tomorrow. Her portfolio stands as a living legacy: proof that one decision, made with purpose, can open doors for generations.
