Angeles City, Pampanga – A shining example of honesty and integrity was displayed by Ms. Jessa Enson Hidalgo, a Room Attendant at Eurotel Angeles, when she found and returned a significant amount of money left behind by a guest.

On December 3, 2024, while changing the linens in Room 615 after a guest’s checkout at around 8:07 AM, Ms. Hidalgo discovered PHP 23,500 on the bed. She promptly reported the incident to the hotel management, ensuring the money’s safety.

The guest, a Malaysian national, contacted the hotel to report the lost money and was deeply grateful upon learning that it had been found and secured.

Having worked at Eurotel Angeles for 10 months, Ms. Hidalgo demonstrated exceptional professionalism and honesty, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to ensuring guests’ trust and comfort. Her admirable actions serve as a testament to the values that Eurotel upholds.
