Discover the Best of Cagayan Valley at the 19th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair

The vibrant spirit of Northern Luzon is set to take the spotlight once again as the 19th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair opens its doors on September 19-25, 2025 at Festival Mall Alabang, Muntinlupa City. A much-awaited annual celebration, the fair brings the richness of Cagayan Valley’s culture, craftsmanship, and commerce right to the heart of Metro Manila.

Drawing its name from the Ybanag term meaning “made by hands,” Padday na Lima has grown into the region’s largest and most dynamic platform for showcasing the skill and creativity of its people.

This year, over 100 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya will proudly present their finest goods. Shoppers can expect a dazzling mix—from fresh harvests of fruits and vegetables to processed foods, rice and corn products, native delicacies, aquaculture and fishery finds, ornamental plants, finely crafted furniture, and innovative modern creations.

Beyond the marketplace, Padday na Lima offers visitors an immersive cultural and tourism experience. The Provincial Pavilions of Batanes and Isabela will highlight the unique traditions and abundant resources of their provinces, while the City of Ilagan Pavilion will showcase the pride and progress of Isabela’s capital.

Each pavilion promises an engaging glimpse into the region’s identity and potential, inviting visitors to not only shop but also explore future tourism and investment opportunities.

To add more excitement, this year’s edition introduces a “Festival Passport.” Buyers can collect stamps with every booth interaction or purchase, unlocking access to games, raffles, and exclusive prizes. The trade fair will also feature lively activities such as food and wine tasting sessions, a colorful fashion show featuring local designs, and creative craft demonstrations that highlight the artistry of Cagayan Valley.

For those who can’t make it to the event, the fair extends beyond the mall with its online presence through PaddayNaLima.ph. In partnership with Shopee and Mayani.ph, the fair ensures that the region’s products can now reach more buyers nationwide, bridging the gap between local makers and the broader market.

For nearly two decades, Padday na Lima has been a fertile ground for growth, helping Region 2’s MSMEs thrive through partnerships with both private and public sectors. This September, let yourself be immersed in the colors, flavors, and heritage of Cagayan Valley. The 19th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair is more than just a showcase—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and creativity.
