As the Philippine construction industry continues to play a vital role in national development, PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 returns from June 25 to 28 with a renewed focus on sustainability, innovation, and resilience. Hosted across the SMX Convention Center Manila and the SM MOA Concert Grounds, this year’s event highlights how responsible construction practices can help shape a stronger and more future-ready Philippines.
Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), PHILCONSTRUCT has long served as a platform where builders, suppliers, engineers, architects, developers, and industry leaders come together to exchange ideas, discover emerging technologies, and strengthen partnerships that drive progress. Through the years, the event has evolved into one of the region’s most significant gatherings for the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Carrying the theme “Responsible Construction for a Resilient Philippines,” the 2026 edition emphasizes the growing need for sustainable building practices, ethical project delivery, and disaster-resilient infrastructure. As urban areas continue to expand and climate-related challenges become more frequent, the industry is being called upon to create structures and communities that are not only efficient but also capable of withstanding future risks.
The event also reflects a broader commitment to nation-building through collaboration. Supporting this vision is the Ayala Foundation, which joins as Programs and Beneficiaries Supporter, reinforcing efforts to create meaningful impact that extends beyond business and infrastructure development.

Visitors at SMX Convention Center Manila will gain access to a comprehensive showcase of construction products and services. Exhibitors will present the latest developments in building materials, construction technologies, architectural solutions, interior systems, digital innovations, and mechanical and electrical equipment. The venue will also host HVAC/R Philippines, featuring modern solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient building operations.
Meanwhile, the SM MOA Concert Grounds will serve as the venue for large-scale outdoor exhibits. Attendees can explore commercial vehicles, heavy-duty construction machinery, transport equipment, lifting systems, and industrial power solutions. Live demonstrations will provide a closer look at how these technologies perform in actual construction environments.

Beyond the exhibits, PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 will feature the TechnoForum, a series of educational seminars where experts and industry leaders will discuss emerging trends, technological advancements, market opportunities, and challenges influencing the future of construction in the Philippines and the broader ASEAN region.
Through innovation, collaboration, and responsible practices, PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 aims to inspire the industry to build infrastructure that supports economic growth while creating safer, stronger, and more resilient communities for generations to come.
