Bread Basket: Where Comfort Meets Flavor

Bread Basket was established with a simple goal: to provide premium-quality bread, pastries, and dishes at reasonable prices for customers who appreciate the finer things in life.

Founded in December 2019 by Mrs. Hyacinth O. Viterbo, the first branch opened at G/F Hotel Veronica, Pueblo de Panay, Roxas City, driven by a passion for delivering fresh, delicious baked goods to Capiz residents.

Our signature offerings quickly became customer favorites. From the rich, slow-cooked Bakareta, bursting with hearty flavors, to the perfectly sweet and velvety Ube Custard, every dish and pastry is crafted to satisfy.

For pizza lovers, our House Special Pizza is a cheesy, mouthwatering delight that stands out above the rest.

Listening to our customers’ demands, we expanded our menu to include coffee, tea, and other beverages. In late 2021, Bread Basket merged with Festa Resto, transforming into a one-stop destination for bakery, café, and restaurant needs.

On July 2021, we broadened our reach to Iloilo City, bringing our premium goods to the “City of Love.”

Encouraged by growing success, we opened a third branch in April 2022 at SM Roxas, solidifying our presence in the bakery-café scene.

Committed to employing local talent and enriching lives, Bread Basket is proud to produce fresh, nutritious bread, pastries, and cakes daily—delivering warm, satisfying comfort to every customer.
