Shining Beyond the Spotlight: BingoPlus Foundation at Sparkle Gala 2025

The Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom in Pasay City glittered on August 2, 2025, as the Sparkle Gala gathered the brightest stars of GMA 7—and at the heart of the celebration was BingoPlus Foundation, the event’s proud Diamond Sponsor. More than a night of glamour, the gala became a meaningful platform for the Foundation to further its mission of spreading hope and uplifting lives across the country.

In the lead-up to the main event, BingoPlus Foundation made a powerful statement of compassion during the GMA Pre-gala on July 24, donating ₱500,000 to the Kapuso Foundation to support its outreach programs. This act was only one of many ways the Foundation continues to extend its reach to Filipinos in need.

Marcelo

Since its inception, BingoPlus Foundation has impacted thousands through its key programs: the Future Smart Program has served 5,350 students and teachers; KalusuganPlus has provided proper healthcare to 30,240 Filipinos; disaster relief has reached 82,200 calamity survivors; and the WishPlus Program has granted 2,300 wishes to those facing life’s toughest challenges. In 2024 alone, more than 120,000 individuals benefited from its initiatives in education, health, disaster response, and inclusive development.

This year, the Foundation has expanded its scope even further. Scholarships now extend to fresh graduates, the unemployed, and career shifters, opening new doors to economic empowerment. IT upskilling and vocational training programs are empowering at least 130 scholars and 900 teachers, while medical missions have provided care to over 12,000 patients. Additionally, community programs addressing dengue prevention and mental health have reached 300,000 Filipinos nationwide.

At the Sparkle Gala, guests were invited to visit the Foundation’s booth, which showcased a historical timeline of its achievements and the stories of its beneficiaries—a powerful reminder of its guiding principle: multiplying the good with happiness and hope.

Partnerships like the one between BingoPlus Foundation and GMA 7 exemplify how collaboration can magnify impact. By combining resources, influence, and a shared passion for service, they are ensuring that every effort is not only far-reaching but also sustainable for future generations.

As the night drew to a close, BingoPlus Foundation stood out not just for its sponsorship, but for its unwavering dedication to nation-building. It proved that when purpose meets passion, the result is a brilliance that shines well beyond the spotlight—illuminating the path toward a brighter future for all Filipinos.
