Digital payments are becoming more rewarding for Filipino shoppers as VYBE, the e-wallet of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), teams up with global apparel retailer UNIQLO to offer added value on everyday purchases.
Through the partnership, VYBE users can receive ₱100 cashback for every ₱1,000 single-receipt purchase made at UNIQLO stores nationwide until September 30, 2026. Customers will also earn 100 BPI Rewards Points, giving both new and existing users additional benefits while shopping for their preferred LifeWear essentials.
The collaboration comes as BPI marks its 175th anniversary and continues to expand digital services designed around the changing payment habits and lifestyles of Filipino consumers.
“This partnership is about enhancing everyday moments,” said Eric Faustino, Head of Digital Partnerships at BPI. “With VYBE, we’re not just enabling payments—we’re creating a more rewarding lifestyle for our users, where every transaction becomes an opportunity to enjoy more value.”
Beyond serving as a digital wallet, VYBE combines cashless payments, rewards, fund transfers, and promotional offers within one platform. Users can make payments through QR Ph, transfer funds for free, and access BPI Rewards while using the app for everyday transactions.
The UNIQLO partnership highlights how digital wallets are increasingly moving beyond basic payment functions by connecting purchases with incentives that customers can use and enjoy.

For shoppers, the arrangement means that buying wardrobe staples and everyday clothing can also provide cashback and rewards without requiring a separate payment experience.
The initiative forms part of VYBE’s continuing effort to broaden its network of partner merchants and give customers more opportunities to receive benefits from regular spending.
As cashless payments become increasingly part of everyday life, VYBE aims to combine convenience with practical rewards, allowing users to manage transactions while gaining additional value from purchases across participating brands.
