Vista Land Charts Bold Growth with New Luzon Communities

Toast to Limelight: Setting the Scene for Modern Living in North and Central Luzon, an exclusive preview of new residential developments in Ilocos Sur, Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Bulacan, led by Group Head Ailene R. Sarmiento.

Vista Land is taking bold strides in expanding its presence in North and Central Luzon with the introduction of four new residential communities, reinforcing its vision of creating modern, connected, and culturally inspired suburban living spaces. In an exclusive event titled Limelight: Setting the Scene for Modern Living in North and Central Luzon, the company showcased its latest projects in Ilocos Sur, Pangasinan, Tarlac, and Bulacan—key growth areas positioned along the country’s rapidly improving transportation corridors.

Held in Bulacan, the event gathered Vista Land executives, partners, and stakeholders for an immersive preview of these upcoming communities. Hosted by lifestyle content creator Jackie Go, the afternoon was filled with vibrant performances that set a celebratory tone. Musical numbers from Sheena Lee and cultural presentations by the Daloy Dance Company added a dynamic flair, symbolizing Vista Land’s deep connection to Filipino heritage, community, and progress.

The showcase highlighted Belfelice at Querencia in Vigan, Arezzo at Giardana in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Solenea at The Crescent in Santa Maria, Bulacan, and Amandea in Capas, Tarlac.

The event also featured a presentation from Vista Land’s Strategic Commercial Assets Division, which introduced commercial land and leasing opportunities within these key regional hubs. These offerings align with the company’s goal to stimulate economic activity beyond Metro Manila while providing residents with easy access to commercial establishments and lifestyle conveniences.

Vista Land’s newly unveiled residential developments—Belfelice at Querencia, Arezzo at Giardana, Solenea at The Crescent, and Amandea—are not just housing projects but thoughtfully planned communities designed to complement the national thrust toward regional growth.

Limelight unveiled four residential developments that demonstrate Vista Land’s signature strengths, including premium locations, accessibility to essential establishments and services, and amenities that enrich residents’ overall quality of life.

Ailene Sarmiento, Vista Land Group Head for Mega Manila and North and Central Luzon, emphasized the significance of ongoing infrastructure projects in reshaping the region’s future. “The modernization of expressways and railways like NLEX, TPLEX, SCTEX, CLLEX, and the North-South Commuter Railway is creating seamless connectivity that makes these areas more accessible than ever before,” she said. “Vista Land is strategically positioning its developments to capture this growth, offering new opportunities for both homeowners and investors.”

Each community brings its own unique character and strategic advantages.

Belfelice at Querencia in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, blends Mission-style architecture reminiscent of Alta California with the timeless charm of the heritage city. Its three-storey homes with white stucco finishes and terracotta roofing offer residents a peaceful lifestyle that remains connected to essential roads like the Ilocos Sur Bypass.

Limelight opened with a spirited musical rendition by Aliw awardee and talented performer, Sheena Lee.

In Santa Maria, Bulacan, Solenea at The Crescent introduces French Quarter-inspired homes within a master-planned neighborhood. With flexible house designs fit for multigenerational families and hybrid work setups, Solenea is perfectly situated near NLEX, Quirino Highway, and the upcoming MRT-7, making it an ideal gateway for professionals looking for suburban tranquility with city accessibility.

Meanwhile, Arezzo at Giardana in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan is designed with Italian influences and supports both residential living and entrepreneurial pursuits with its commercial-ready ground floors. Located along a key bypass road and directly benefiting from the TPLEX, Arezzo offers homeowners an attractive mix of convenience and long-term investment potential.

Complementing the program were intermission numbers from Daloy Dance Company, whose evocative choreography added rhythm and resonance to the narrative.

Lastly, Amandea in Capas, Tarlac offers expansive three-storey homes within a serene enclave that stands to benefit from Capas’ emerging role as a residential extension of New Clark City. Its accessibility via SCTEX, MacArthur Highway, and the future Capas–Botolan Road places it at the heart of the region’s next wave of development.

As one of the country’s largest integrated property developers, Vista Land remains steadfast in its mission to provide world-class communities that combine culture, connectivity, and convenience. Guided by its belief that Filipinos deserve the best, the company continues to push the boundaries of property development—delivering not just homes, but dynamic living spaces that support long-term growth, family life, and economic vitality.
