These events highlighted Taiwan’s rich cultural experiences, tourism opportunities, and growing connection with Filipino travelers.

Following the expo, the Taiwan Tourism Workshop 2025 gathered key industry players, airlines, and media representatives. Hosted by the Taiwan Tourism Information Center in Manila, the workshop highlighted Taiwan’s top destinations, growing accessibility for Filipino travelers, and strengthened travel partnerships with airlines such as China Airlines, EVA Air, STARLUX Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia.

In her opening remarks, Ms. Yi-Ting Chen, Director of the Taiwan Tourism Information Center in Manila, emphasized Taiwan’s commitment to welcoming more Filipino tourists. Mr. Wallace Minn-Gan Chow, Representative of the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), reinforced Taiwan’s strong bilateral ties with the Philippines.

Interactive games, networking sessions, and a travel mart rounded out the event, sparking excitement among participants.
