SM Supermalls achieves 10,000th Hired-on-the-Spot (HOTS) milestone

SM Supermalls has reached a significant milestone with its 10,000th Hired-On-The-Spot (HOTS) since launching its weekly job fairs in January 2024. The landmark achievement was marked by Jolina Manaloto, a former teacher who secured a position as a Pharmacy Assistant at Watsons during the recent job fair at SM Megamall.

In collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), SM Supermalls continues its mission to connect job seekers with employers nationwide, reinforcing its dedication to empowering Filipinos and their communities.

The job fair at SM Megamall is just one of the many held across SM Supermalls locations nationwide, providing job seekers with opportunities to find their ideal careers.
