At the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, SM Prime Holdings, Inc. once again stood out—not just for its developments, but for the vision behind them. The company, long recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s leading property developers, was honored across multiple categories that spotlight its commitment to creating spaces where innovation, sustainability, and community converge.
Among the highlights was the recognition of Jessica Bianca T. Sy, Vice President and Head of Design, Innovation and Strategy at SM Prime and SMDC, who received the Rising Star Award. Her distinction reflects a new generation of leadership shaping forward-looking developments that balance lifestyle and environmental responsibility.
SM Prime’s flagship estate, the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, also clinched the Best Township Development award. More than a shopping and leisure destination, MOA has evolved into a mixed-use urban hub where retail, residential, business, and entertainment coexist—an embodiment of world-class township living in the Philippines.
The company’s projects outside Metro Manila also resonated with the judges. In Batangas, Trealva at Midlands West by Highlands Prime, Inc. was named Best Nature Integrated Development, while Pico Terraces by Costa del Hamilo, Inc. bagged Best Condo Development in Luzon. Costa del Hamilo’s M Village at Marina Estates earned a Highly Recommended citation under the Best Subdivision Development category, further highlighting SM Prime’s expertise in blending modern living with natural landscapes.
Affordable housing also remained central to SM Prime’s story of inclusivity. SMDC Symphony Homes’ Sunnyhomes was named Best Housing Development in Luzon, while Sunnyvale 1 was awarded Best Affordable Economic Housing Development, underscoring the company’s role in addressing the housing needs of everyday Filipinos.
