SM Group has strengthened its standing in corporate reporting, sustainability, and community engagement after receiving 12 Stevie Awards at the 2026 International Business Awards.
The recognition covered initiatives of SM Investments Corporation (SM Investments), the parent company of the SM Group, and SM Supermalls, highlighting efforts ranging from transparent business reporting to environmental, cultural, and inclusive community programs.
SM Investments secured four awards, led by two Gold Stevies for its 2025 Integrated Report. The report was recognized in the Conglomerates (Large) category and named Best Annual Report among Publicly Held Corporations.
The company also earned a Bronze Stevie for its 2025 Sustainability Report, while the SM Sustainability School received Bronze for Sustainability Initiative of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

“Clear reporting gives investors and other stakeholders a better view of how we make decisions, manage the business and plan for the long term,” said SM Investments President and Chief Executive Officer Frederic C. DyBuncio. He added that the awards also reflect how the group’s businesses bring the same sense of responsibility to the communities they serve.
SM Supermalls contributed eight awards through programs focused on customer experience, environmental action, inclusion, literacy, arts, and community development.
The Philippine International Pyromusical Competition earned Gold for Brand Experience of the Year (Consumer), while the Find Your SM campaign received Silver in the same category.
Sustainability and social responsibility programs also gained international recognition. The SM Green Movement received Silver for Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility, while the SM Cares Coastal Cleanup initiative earned Silver for Achievement in Environment.
SM Cares: A Mall for All was awarded Silver for Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion, recognizing efforts to make mall spaces more welcoming and accessible.
Meanwhile, SM Cares Book Nook received Bronze for Most Innovative Creative Project. The initiative provides spaces where mall visitors can read, exchange, and share books.
The Empowering Communities campaign was recognized under Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. SM Mindanao Art also earned Bronze in the Corporate and Community–Community Engagement Event category for providing Mindanaoan artists with a broader platform to showcase their work.

SM Supermalls President Steven T. Tan said community impact is reflected in practical experiences, whether through spaces for reading, programs supporting local art, or initiatives that make malls more inclusive.
More than 300 business professionals participated in two months of judging for the International Business Awards, with winners selected based on average scores. Now in its 23rd year, the awards recognize organizations, executives, entrepreneurs, and teams from around the world.
