What began as a series of friendly competitions across the country culminated in a thrilling celebration of sportsmanship, community, and Filipino pride as the SM Bowling Tournament Grand Finals took center stage at SM Game Park in SM Mall of Asia. After a month of regional battles, spirited qualifiers, and edge-of-your-seat semi-finals, the nation’s best bowlers finally converged for a showdown unlike any other—uniting players, families, and fans in a day filled with energy, excitement, and unforgettable moments.

Far beyond a typical tournament, this year’s edition showcased bowling’s thriving place in Filipino culture. More than a sport, it has become a vibrant social experience—one where every strike sparks cheers, every spare builds momentum, and every frame strengthens bonds between friends, colleagues, and families. At the heart of this resurgence is SM Game Park, whose world-class amenities—modern lanes, advanced scoring systems, well-lit interiors, and comfortable spectator zones—set the stage for an elevated and highly engaging bowling experience.

From September 15 to October 14, bowlers from SM Bowling and SM Game Park branches nationwide battled fiercely for a coveted spot in the Grand Finals. The top three teams from each of the 11 participating branches proved their skill and camaraderie in the semi-final rounds, ultimately leading to 22 teams who earned the right to compete on the biggest stage of the tournament.

The Grand Finals showcased the best of Filipino talent: bowlers delivering precision shots, teammates rallying behind one another, and supporters roaring with pride from the sidelines. When the dust settled, Team Henrich from SM Game Park Mall of Asia—composed of Alex Ngoi Jr., Sammy Say Sy, Angel Tolentino Jr., and Nathan Matthew Barredo—rose above the competition, earning the Champions of the Lanes title and taking home Php 80,000. Team Avengers of SM Bowling City Cebu clinched 2nd place with Php 40,000, while Team D’Rapapap-MCBA of SM Game Park CDO Downtown landed 3rd place with Php 20,000.
