According to Jose Juan Jugo, Executive Vice President and Head of Signature Series, demand for premium low-density developments remains resilient despite broader economic challenges. He noted that discerning buyers continue to prioritize exclusivity, open space, and long-term investment value when choosing a home environment.
Beyond residential upgrades, the estate transformation also introduces a more integrated lifestyle experience. An 8,000-square-meter neighborhood retail hub is planned as the estate’s future commercial centerpiece. The area is envisioned to include essential establishments such as a supermarket, banks, dining options, salons, a clinic, cafés, and a multi-purpose park that encourages both recreation and community interaction. Construction is targeted to begin in early 2027.
