OEd (Online Education) continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the country’s leading providers of quality online education after another outstanding performance in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, adding more topnotchers to its growing list of successful graduates.
Leading the institution’s latest achievements is Mina Isobel Tormes, who emerged as the country’s Top 1 Real Estate Appraiser. She was joined by Blue Sander Falag-ey, who ranked Top 2, and Allen Varquez, who secured the Top 9 position, highlighting OEd’s consistent ability to produce high-performing graduates in professional licensure examinations.
The institution also celebrated the success of Professor Elma, one of its faculty members, who passed the same licensure examination. Her achievement reflects OEd’s commitment to lifelong learning, demonstrating that its educators continuously pursue professional development while mentoring future professionals.

In 2026 alone, OEd achieved remarkable results in multiple licensure examinations. During the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, Blue Sander Falag-ey ranked Top 7, Mina Isobel Tormes placed Top 5, and Analyn Doctor secured Top 9. They were joined by 27 additional board passers, reflecting the institution’s strong performance in the real estate profession.
OEd also recorded another milestone in the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET), where John Paul Villanueva earned the Top 7 ranking. He was joined by Rossana Dais, Caesar Ryan Santuyo, Belinda Paraiso, and Bernibert Teofilo, who all successfully passed the examination.
Meanwhile, Ma. Lourdes Opinaldo successfully passed the Psychometricians Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE), further expanding OEd’s growing list of licensed professionals.

In 2025, Chrisabel Regudo placed Top 9 in the Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP), while several other graduates successfully earned their licenses. In 2024, OEd celebrated another impressive performance as Maria Adoracion Octavio ranked Top 2 and Analea Serrano secured Top 5 in the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
