Monde Nissin and Asia Pacific College Strengthen Alliance for Future-Ready Talents

Monde Nissin Corporation (MNC), one of the Philippines’ leading food manufacturing companies, has officially partnered with Asia Pacific College (APC) through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that marks a new milestone in bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry experience. The collaboration positions Monde Nissin as APC’s first-ever industry partner in the food manufacturing sector, reinforcing both institutions’ shared goal of cultivating globally competitive and purpose-driven Filipino professionals.

The partnership highlights Monde Nissin’s commitment to developing young talent through structured and meaningful career pathways. Among its flagship programs are the MondeXplore Internship Program, which immerses students in hands-on business and technical functions guided by industry mentors; the Emerging Leaders Program, a six-month track focused on nurturing future Product Supply leaders among engineering graduates; and the Excelerate Program, an 18-month management trainee initiative that grooms high-potential talents in Consumer and Customer Development for leadership roles. Through these initiatives, Monde Nissin continues to open doors for aspiring professionals to learn, lead, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.

The MOA signing ceremony was led by Ms. Luz Mercurio, Chief People & Culture Officer of Monde Nissin, and Dr. Ma. Teresita “Tata” Medado, President of Asia Pacific College, alongside other key executives from both organizations. The event also featured a thought-provoking dialogue on future academic-industry collaborations and a guided tour of the Lucky Me! Noodle Factory, giving APC representatives a closer look at Monde Nissin’s world-class operations and manufacturing excellence.

Through this partnership, Monde Nissin and APC aim to equip the next generation of Filipino graduates with the skills, confidence, and purpose to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry landscape. By empowering students to dream bigger and innovate boldly, Monde Nissin continues to fulfill its mission of #MakingBetterPossible — not just for individuals, but for communities and generations to come.
