Manila International Auto Show 2026: A Bigger Drive Forward

When April arrives, the engines will roar louder and the show floor will stretch wider. The Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) returns from April 9 to 12, 2026 with renewed momentum—expanding beyond its main home at the World Trade Center Metro Manila and reuniting with the Philippine Trade Training Center as a fully integrated secondary venue.

For longtime attendees, the return of PTTC feels like a reunion years in the making. It was last utilized as an extension hall during MIAS 2018 before undergoing redevelopment into a design-focused hub. Its comeback in 2026 signals more than added square meters—it represents continuity, growth, and a nod to the show’s evolving legacy. What was once a familiar extension is now poised to become a fresh stage for innovation.

The numbers tell part of the story. With PTTC contributing over 3,000 square meters of additional exhibition space, MIAS significantly increases its capacity—opening nearly 100 new vehicle display slots. The added venue will also host a dedicated food court and curated special exhibits, creating breathing room for guests and more immersive brand activations. Altogether, MIAS 2026 now spans approximately 22,500 square meters of combined indoor and outdoor display areas, reinforcing its stature as the country’s largest motoring event.

Connectivity is central to this expansion. Organizers are constructing a custom-built, fully air-conditioned linkway that will seamlessly connect the East Wing Annex tent of the World Trade Center to the PTTC building. Strategically positioned at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, PTTC will also function as a convenient access and exit point. Complimentary shuttle services will ferry guests between the venues and designated parking areas, ensuring a fluid and comfortable experience.

Beyond scale, MIAS 2026 mirrors the transformation of the automotive industry itself. Expect a broader mix of electrified mobility showcases, advanced driver technologies, performance upgrades, and lifestyle-driven displays. The expanded footprint allows more brands, aftermarket specialists, and tech innovators to participate—turning the event into a dynamic snapshot of where mobility is headed.

As anticipation builds, MIAS 2026 stands not merely as a larger exhibition, but as a statement: the Philippine automotive scene is accelerating, and the stage is finally wide enough to match its ambition. Further details on exhibitors and attractions are expected in the months ahead.
