Before founding her own platform, Josie’s groundbreaking work as Project Manager for Emirates Loves under the Dubai Government Media Office helped connect millions across 14 countries. Her visionary leadership turned Emirates Loves into a regional movement of cultural understanding and collaboration—earning her recognition as one of the UAE’s most dynamic community figures.

Her work also extends to education and livelihood empowerment. Through the Crescent Circle Training Institute, she helps overseas Filipino workers gain access to scholarships and affordable professional training—opening pathways for career growth and stability. Each success story she helps create reflects her core belief: empowerment begins with opportunity.

As a brand ambassador and advocate for sustainability, Josie uses her influence to champion responsible brands and community-centered campaigns that align with her values. Her authenticity, compassion, and leadership have made her one of the UAE’s most respected Filipino figures.
