Globe Honors Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs at G Fair 2025

Merchant displays for G Fair 2025 held at the BGC Amphitheater, with the theme “Building Local Businesses. Strengthening Community.”

Globe Business set a new benchmark for celebrating Filipino entrepreneurship with the G Fair 2025 Awards, a highlight of this year’s 917 GDay festivities. More than a showcase, the event redefined what it means to succeed in business by honoring small and medium enterprises that lead with purpose, creativity, and heart. At its core, G Fair 2025 was a tribute to entrepreneurs who are reshaping industries not just with products, but with vision—proving that passion becomes powerful when it fuels progress.

Over two days, the fair transformed into a bustling hub of innovation where booths doubled as storytelling spaces. Each SME brought not only their products, but their journey—stories of late nights, early triumphs, and unwavering belief. Globe Business executives emphasized that these narratives are what make Filipino enterprises exceptional. “Success is not solely about scale,” shared Globe’s leaders. “It’s about the impact you create and the lives you touch.” This message set the tone for the awards, where the spotlight shone on brands whose values guide their path as strongly as their business strategies.

The Breakthrough Award winner, H Proper Coffee Roasters, embodied this spirit of grit and craftsmanship. Born from one man’s search for the perfect brew, the roastery has grown into a thriving business built on meticulous sourcing, precise roasting, and an unrelenting pursuit of quality. What began as a passion project now stands as proof that excellence emerges when entrepreneurs pour their full identity into their work. Judges praised H Proper for elevating local coffee culture while setting new standards in specialty roasting.

The People’s Choice Award went to The Good Poison, the iced tea sensation that has won hearts with its blend of authenticity and creativity. Each bottle, brewed from real tea and fresh fruit, reflects the brand’s belief that beverages should be honest, refreshing, and full of character. In less than a year, it has inspired a movement of loyal consumers who value quality as much as storytelling—showing how sincerity can be a brand’s greatest strength.

Leading the charge for sustainability was Lumi Candles PH, recipient of the Sustainability Champion Award. What began as a simple hobby evolved into a brand advocating conscious consumption through soy wax candles, refillable home essentials, and eco-responsible sourcing. At G Fair, Lumi’s booth became a microcosm of mindful living, demonstrating how small businesses can reduce waste, uplift communities, and normalize sustainability in everyday life. Globe applauded Lumi for integrating ethical practices across digital and physical touchpoints and for proving that purpose can illuminate even the smallest enterprises.

Through G Fair 2025, Globe Business affirmed its role as a catalyst for inclusive progress, empowering SMEs to not only grow but to inspire. As digital transformation accelerates and entrepreneurial dreams continue to rise, Globe’s call is clear: the next generation of Filipino businesses is ready—and Globe Business stands beside them every step of the way.
