Globe is paving the way for the next generation of leaders through its inaugural Student Community Builder Pitch Day, an inspiring event dedicated to cultivating student-led initiatives and turning youthful passion into impactful projects. Held at The Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City, the event welcomed over 150 student leaders from 63 organizations representing schools across Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Cavite.
Far from a typical conference, the Pitch Day offered participants a full experience—from exploring Globe’s dynamic workspaces to engaging with professionals across various departments including Cybersecurity, Corporate Communications, and Information Systems. These Ka-Globe mentors shared insights and career advice, helping students connect their academic pursuits with real-world applications.

A key part of the day was the pitch session, where student leaders presented their community-building proposals. Participating groups included Google Developer Groups, AWS Cloud Clubs, DLSU-Dasmariñas creatives, PLM tech organizations, Ateneo business teams, and UP Diliman student-led initiatives. These presentations not only showcased the students’ drive and creativity, but also highlighted their commitment to making a difference in their campuses and communities.
Martin Eusebio, a second-year student from the College of Saint Benilde and one of Globe’s own Community Builders, hosted the event and played a crucial role in bridging the gap between student organizations and Globe’s support network.
“This event is about more than just ideas—it’s about action,” shared Anne Calma, Globe’s Head of Marketing Youth Cultures. “We see students as changemakers, not just in the future, but today. Through mentorship and support, we’re helping them shape the world around them.”
The Globe Student Community Builder Pitch Day reflects Globe’s broader mission to nurture youth empowerment, promote purpose-driven innovation, and foster lasting partnerships with student communities.
