The glittering world of pageantry once again took center stage as BingoPlus, the Philippines’ leading digital entertainment platform, lit the path from the preliminary rounds to the crowning of Miss Universe Philippines 2025. In a dazzling celebration of beauty, purpose, and empowerment, the partnership between BingoPlus and the Miss Universe Philippines Organization proved instrumental in delivering a memorable and meaningful event.
It all began on April 29, at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay, where 66 phenomenal women from across the country participated in the preliminary interviews. Each delegate faced a crucial moment—answering questions that would shape the results of the final coronation. With DJ JhaiHo setting the tone, the atmosphere was electric yet heartfelt. Candidates shared insights about their preparations and nerves.
Miss Bulacan candidly shared, “There’s really that nervousness when you step in front of big personalities. But if you know yourself well, you’ll know how to answer.” Miss Albay revealed she found comfort in timeless tunes, saying, “I listened to The Beatles to keep myself sane and grounded.”
Beyond the spotlight, candidates recognized the vital role BingoPlus played. Miss Iloilo highlighted the reality of pageant life: “Funding advocacies is real. BingoPlus helps give us a voice.” Miss Angeles City added, “It’s about feeling supported. That bayanihan spirit is empowering.”
After the interviews, the preliminary competitions showcased the candidates in official BingoPlus-sponsored swimwear and evening gowns, serenaded by talented artists such as Kane Gabriel, Sam Hashimoto, and Alvaro Flores. The night brought elegance and strength to the fore, judged by a prestigious panel that included Rissa Mananquil-Trillo, Bran Ferrer Reluao, and BingoPlus President Rafael Jasper Vicencio.
Finally, the much-anticipated coronation night arrived on May 2, held at the Mall of Asia Arena. BingoPlus’ vibrant presence was seen in every corner—from the eye-catching photo walls on the red carpet to behind-the-scenes footage broadcast during commercial breaks. The audience felt the energy as the spotlight returned to the 66 stunning candidates, narrowed down to the Top 24.
The preliminary fan vote, hosted by BingoPlus, awarded Franchezca Mae Pacheco of Bulacan as Miss BingoPlus Universe 2025. DigiPlus Interactive Corp. Chairman Eusebio H. Tanco presented the award, making it a night to remember for the province.
A stylish swimwear segment designed by Albert Andrada ensued, where the Top 24 dazzled while being serenaded by James Reid. The intensity grew as the competition tightened—first down to 12, then the Top 6 from Sultan Kudarat, Siniloan Laguna, Muntinlupa, Taguig, Cebu City, and Quezon Province.
The final Q&A round tested intellect and heart. Each woman delivered strong, authentic answers—displaying not only eloquence but also deep commitment to their advocacies. It was a showcase of true beauty, inside and out.
A heartfelt moment followed as Chelsea Manalo, Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and Miss Universe Asia, took her final walk. Draped in a lavender gown, she reflected on her reign with emotion and pride.
Then came the climactic moment: the crowning of Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province as Miss Universe Philippines 2025. Her long-awaited dream had come true.
“This dream took 17 years in the making,” Ahtisa shared in an exclusive BingoPlus interview. “It’s not about how many times you fall, but how many times you rise. I truly felt the love and support from the crowd. Please continue to support me as I represent our country in Thailand this November.”
Bulacan’s Pacheco, honored as Miss BingoPlus Universe, also expressed her joy: “To my BingoPlus family, thank you. I look forward to collaborating with you and sharing my advocacy with the world.”
The journey from preliminary jitters to coronation triumph showed not just the transformation of women into queens, but also the unwavering support of BingoPlus—fueling dreams, empowering voices, and amplifying advocacies.
