DigiPlus Interactive Corp., the pioneer of digital entertainment in the Philippines, has announced a strategic and exclusive partnership with Bayad—the country’s leading multi-channel payment platform—to provide expanded over-the-counter (OTC) payment options for users of BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone.

Signed on October 8, 2025, the agreement was formalized by top executives from both companies: Eusebio H. Tanco, Chairman of DigiPlus; Jasper Vicencio, President of AB Leisure Exponent Inc.; Ray C. Espinosa, Chairman of Bayad; and Lawrence Y. Ferrer, Bayad President and CEO. Effective immediately, the partnership makes DigiPlus the sole gaming partner of Bayad for OTC cash transactions.

Through this collaboration, DigiPlus customers now gain access to Bayad’s extensive network of over 800 physical payment touchpoints located in malls, supermarkets, and convenience stores nationwide. As Bayad is accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as an Electronic Money Issuer (EMI), all transactions will adhere to strict regulatory standards set by PAGCOR—ensuring a secure, compliant, and convenient payment experience for players.

“This partnership with Bayad provides customers with more secure and convenient ways to manage their transactions,” said Eusebio H. Tanco. “At DigiPlus, our priority is to deliver engaging entertainment while ensuring safe and reliable services for our players.”

Atty. Ray C. Espinosa, Chairman of Bayad, emphasized the collaboration’s broader impact on digital inclusion: “Together with DigiPlus, we’re expanding access to digital channels and responsible entertainment while making financial services more accessible for Filipinos.”

The partnership will initially enable BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone players to make cash-ins or deposits through Bayad’s branches and partner outlets. Future phases will introduce cash-out options and integration with the Bayad App, further streamlining digital entertainment payments in the country.
