Clara Olé Brings Global Flavors Into Filipino Kitchens

New multipurpose sauce collection inspires home cooks to transform everyday ingredients into exciting culinary creations.

Chef Wado Siman showcases the versatility of Clara Olé Multipurpose Sauce through a four-course tasting menu featuring Crab Chawanmushi, Beef Tortellini en Brodo, Steamed Sea Bass with Ginger & Garlic, and Paella Pani Puri.

The Filipino kitchen is becoming a place for greater creativity as families discover new ways to prepare delicious meals inspired by flavors from around the world. With the holiday season approaching, Clara Olé is making home cooking more exciting through its latest collection of Multipurpose Sauces, designed to bring convenience, versatility, and international flavors to everyday dining.

The newly introduced collection features four distinctive varieties: Paella Blend, Aligue Flavored Blend, Tomato Guisado Blend, and Ginger & Garlic Blend. Each sauce offers home cooks an opportunity to experiment with different cuisines while simplifying meal preparation.

To demonstrate the possibilities, Clara Olé collaborated with celebrated Filipino chef and entrepreneur Wado Siman, owner of Brutal by Wadoughs, who developed an innovative four-course tasting menu combining international culinary influences with the brand’s new sauce creations.

The culinary presentation highlighted how familiar ingredients can be transformed into sophisticated dishes with a little imagination and the right combination of flavors.

One of the featured creations, Paella Pani Puri, brought together the rich flavors of traditional Valencian paella and the playful presentation of India’s popular street food. Clara Olé Paella Blend served as the flavorful connection between the two culinary traditions.

For a Japanese-inspired experience, Chef Wado prepared Crab Chawanmushi, a delicate steamed egg custard enhanced with Clara Olé Aligue Flavored Blend. The sauce added a rich, savory character that complemented the dish’s smooth texture.

Italian cuisine also took center stage with Beef Tortellini en Brodo, featuring stuffed pasta served in a comforting broth. Clara Olé Tomato Guisado Blend provided a savory foundation that brought depth and warmth to the dish.
