Celebrating Sinulog with Moments That Matter

The spirit of Cebu came alive in many forms during the Sinulog Festival 2026—through music, movement, creativity, and shared joy. This year, BingoPlus became part of that story, joining the celebration not just as a co-presenter, but as an active partner in honoring talent, culture, and community throughout the week-long festivities.

Days before the grand weekend, excitement was already building. On January 14, the vibrant colors of heritage and imagination filled SM Seaside as BingoPlus took part in the Sinulog Festival Queen 2026 Parade of Costumes and Runway Competition. Among the many striking presentations, the Province of Cotabato stood out, earning the BingoPlus Choice Award and a ₱10,000 cash prize—an early highlight in a festival defined by creativity.

Music followed the next day at Fuente Osmeña Circle during the Sinulog Idol 2026 Grand Finals. As Cebuano voices echoed through the city, BingoPlus celebrated local sound and soul by awarding Maricel Binggay the BingoPlus Choice Award. Her heartfelt performance of the Cebuano song “Karon” captured both judges and audience, earning her a ₱15,000 prize and warm applause from the crowd.

The celebration of beauty and tradition reached a peak on January 16 at the Cebu City Sports Center during the Sinulog Festival Queen Coronation Night. Stefanie Collamar Przewodnik of the Asturias Dance Troupe was crowned Sinulog Festival Queen 2026—and was also named Miss BingoPlus Festival Queen 2026—receiving a ₱20,000 cash award. That same evening, the energy of movement took center stage as Enthusiasm Dance Company claimed the BingoPlus Choice Award at the Sinulog Dance Crew Grand Showdown.

Beyond the stage, BingoPlus brought the festival closer to everyday revelers. From January 9 to 18, booths at Plaza Independencia and Fuente Osmeña Circle became gathering spaces for games, laughter, and shared experiences. Festivalgoers enjoyed interactive activities inspired by GMA vertical dramas and special games featuring the newest face of BingoPlus’ sister brands, Manny Pacquiao. With live booths, playful challenges, and moments worth sharing, BingoPlus helped turn Sinulog 2026 into a celebration of connection—where tradition met fun, and every win was shared.
