Canon Expands imageFORCE Range for Modern Workplaces

Canon Philippines is strengthening its business imaging portfolio with the introduction of four new imageFORCE multifunction device series designed to support the changing document and workflow requirements of enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses.

The new imageFORCE C3100, C3026, 4100 and 4000 series complete Canon’s imageFORCE lineup, extending advanced printing, scanning and document management capabilities to organizations of different sizes.

Built around security, reliability, sustainability and connectivity, the latest devices are designed to help companies streamline everyday operations while addressing the growing requirements of hybrid and digitally connected workplaces.

“The latest imageFORCE models are designed to simplify workflows while providing the performance and protection businesses need to thrive,” said Rafael Pleno, Director of Business Imaging Solutions at Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc.

Among their key capabilities is AI-assisted maintenance that can detect potential issues early, helping businesses reduce downtime and maintain productivity. Canon’s D² Exposure Technology also delivers sharp and consistent document output for professional workplace requirements.

Security remains a major focus, with features designed to protect devices, networks and sensitive business information. The series also supports secure printing, scanning and document access through cloud platforms, enabling easier collaboration among employees working across different locations.

Canon has also incorporated sustainability into the devices, using up to 30% recycled plastics alongside energy-saving technologies intended to reduce environmental impact.

The expansion comes as Canon continues to receive industry recognition. Keypoint Intelligence recently presented the company with its BLI 2026 A3 Line of the Year Award for the 13th consecutive year.

With its expanded imageFORCE portfolio, Canon aims to provide businesses with secure, connected and efficient document solutions that can support productivity and evolving workplace demands.
