Philippine Golf Reaches New Milestone with BingoPlus ADT Open

The 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open will run from June 17 to 20

The Philippine golf scene is set for another major milestone as BingoPlus strengthens its commitment to the sport through a landmark partnership with the Asian Development Tour (ADT) for the inaugural 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open. Scheduled from June 17 to 20 at the renowned Luisita Golf and Country Club in Tarlac, the tournament is expected to bring together some of the region’s most promising and accomplished golfers for a week of world-class competition.

As the country’s leading online entertainment platform under DigiPlus Interactive, BingoPlus continues to expand its footprint in Philippine sports. Following its successful support of the International Series Philippines in 2025, the company now takes another significant step by becoming title sponsor of one of the most anticipated tournaments on the ADT calendar.

The 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open will feature a total prize purse of USD 100,000, attracting elite players from across Asia and beyond. Beyond the financial rewards, the tournament offers a valuable opportunity for Filipino golfers. The top two local finishers will automatically earn exemptions into the prestigious 2026 BingoPlus Philippine Open, providing a direct pathway to one of the nation’s premier golfing events.

A highly competitive field of 132 players is expected to tee off at Luisita. The roster includes 82 golfers from the Asian Development Tour, 30 representatives from the National Golf Association of the Philippines (NGAP), six members of the Philippine national team, and 14 invited players, creating a strong mix of international talent and homegrown contenders.

AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. President Jasper Vicencio expressed enthusiasm about the partnership and the opportunities it creates for local athletes. He noted that BingoPlus and the ADT share a common vision of providing golfers with meaningful platforms to develop their skills and compete at the highest level.

Vicencio emphasized that the company’s growing involvement in sports—from supporting professional leagues such as the PBA and PVL to backing international golf events—reflects its broader mission of contributing to grassroots sports development. He added that the tournament represents an opportunity for Filipino golfers to elevate their game and showcase their talent on an international stage.

For the Asian Development Tour, the Philippines remains an important destination on its schedule. ADT General Manager Ken Kudo highlighted the country’s rich golfing heritage, talented players, and outstanding courses as key reasons for returning. He also thanked Luisita Golf and Country Club for once again serving as host venue and welcomed BingoPlus as title sponsor.

With admission free to the public, the 2026 BingoPlus Philippine ADT Open promises four days of exciting competition while bringing fans closer to the next generation of golf champions.
