Globe has unveiled its newly transformed Gen4 store at Robinsons Place Manila, marking another step in reshaping how customers experience telco retail. More than just a facelift, the upgrade reflects Globe’s broader push to bring technology, convenience, and sustainability closer to everyday life.
Gone is the traditional setup where customers queue at service counters. In its place is an open, interactive space where visitors can explore, learn, and transact at their own pace. The store’s self-service kiosks handle everything from SIM purchases and bill payments to plan upgrades and account inquiries—cutting wait times and giving customers more control. For those curious about the latest gadgets and tech, demo units and interactive screens allow hands-on discovery before making a choice.
A highlight of the new Gen4 store is the 0917 lifestyle corner, which showcases curated tech accessories and branded apparel that blend functionality with style—extending Globe’s digital presence beyond connectivity into lifestyle.
“Our vision for the Gen4 store goes beyond faster service,” shared Bam De Guzman, Senior Director for Territory Business at Globe. “It’s about offering a space where customers can experience the digital lifestyle we’re building—not just by transacting, but by exploring, testing, and finding solutions that match their needs.”
Sustainability also guided the redesign. The store now uses digital signages to reduce paper waste, LED lighting to lower energy use, and eco-friendly design elements to minimize its footprint—all small steps toward a greener retail environment.
Strategically located at Level 4, Pedro Gil Wing, Robinsons Place Manila, the Gen4 store serves as a hub for customers who want to do more than pay bills: they can discover new products, solve account concerns, and even browse lifestyle items—all under one roof.
Through this upgraded space, Globe aims to make digital living more accessible and engaging, keeping pace with the way customers’ needs and habits continue to evolve.
