PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) is ushering in a new era of lifestyle-driven spaces at the PNB Makati Center with the signing of a lease agreement with BeFit, one of the country’s fastest-growing homegrown fitness brands. The deal paves the way for a 1,300-square-meter flagship gym set to rise in the 13-storey property at the heart of Makati’s Central Business District.
The ceremonial signing held last June 24 at PHC’s Makati headquarters marked BeFit’s inclusion as part of the property’s evolving tenant mix. The move reflects PHC’s vision of creating a holistic environment where work and wellness coexist seamlessly.
For BeFit, the new branch reinforces its mission of making premium fitness accessible, affordable, and approachable. Co-founder Brian Cu, who previously led Grab Philippines, emphasized that the brand is built to integrate movement into daily life. “BeFit is about spaces that are inclusive, flexible, and designed for real people. The PNB Makati Center fits perfectly with that vision, as it’s situated where people live, work, and commute,” Cu said.
The upcoming facility will house more than 100 state-of-the-art machines spanning cardio, strength, and functional training, along with unique zones such as a Booty Builder section, recovery lounge, and an indoor track. Members can also join group classes guided by expert coaches to build both consistency and community. BeFit will operate 24/7 with flexible membership options—offering lock-in or no lock-in plans to match diverse lifestyles.
