BAVI Launches Patriotic Purpose

That is the Purpose of Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI), according to company President Ronald Mascariñas in a festive virtual event today.

“Throughout BAVI’s history, one thing anchored us and bonded us like a house built on rock — our fervent love of country,” said Mascariñas.

Dubbed “BAVI REIGNITE: Buhayin ang Nag-aalab na Pusong BAVI”, the launching event premiered the company’s Purpose Video, which shows BAVI employees fulfilling their patriotic Purpose through their ordinary, daily work.

According to Mascariñas, this love of country is “apparent in our constant pursuit of excellence — in our innovative products, our employee development programs, and our continuously improving production systems.”

He added that this is also evident in BAVI’s “many social responsibility programs, ranging from our commitment to world-class Filipino athletes, to our partnerships with organizations dedicated to forming a more inclusive society, to our livelihood programs and relief operations in disaster-stricken areas.”

The virtual event also featured entertaining segments such as a trivia game and a musical performance.

Hundreds of BAVI employees attended the event to rediscover their Purpose and recommit themselves to it.
