Anne Curtis Champions Everyday Wellness

Manulife Philippines brand ambassador Anne Curtis shares a moment with daughter Dahlia, reflecting on the kind of future built on protection that every parent hopes to secure for their family.

For Anne Curtis, wellness is no longer about appearances or chasing unrealistic fitness goals. Instead, it has become a more personal journey rooted in strength, consistency, and caring for the people closest to her heart.

In her latest collaboration with  Manulife Philippines, the actress, entrepreneur, and mother opens up about how simple daily routines have reshaped the way she approaches health and self-care. Through a series of videos, Anne shares how mindful movement and intentional habits allow her to stay physically and emotionally present for her family.

According to Anne, her outlook on fitness evolved when she stopped focusing on trying to achieve a certain image and started prioritizing long-term wellness. Today, some of her favorite forms of exercise are uncomplicated and calming, including leisurely walks that allow her to slow down and reconnect with herself.

She explained that showing up for loved ones begins with showing up for yourself first. For Anne, maintaining strength and balance is not measured by speed, distance, or perfection, but by consistency and purpose.

That same philosophy carries into her family life. During a recent Mother’s Day moment shared on Manulife’s social media pages, her daughter, Dahlia Amélie, with help from Erwan Heussaff, prepared Anne’s favorite tomato-and-cheese toastie. The simple gesture highlighted the quiet but meaningful ways families express care for one another every day.

The campaign also shines a spotlight on  ManulifeMOVE, a wellness initiative designed to encourage Filipinos to adopt healthier routines through manageable daily actions. The program combines wellness insights, preventive care guidance, partner offers, and access to health protection products that support customers throughout different stages of their health journey.

Rahul Hora said the initiative reflects the company’s goal of helping Filipinos live longer, healthier, and more financially secure lives by making wellness more accessible and sustainable through small but meaningful everyday choices.
