A Reminder to PR Practitioners and Agencies

To our PR partners, agencies, and companies sending press releases to our email, we kindly ask everyone to observe proper and professional communication.

We receive numerous press releases every day, and while we appreciate being considered as a media platform, please understand that publication is not automatically guaranteed or free. Maintaining a website involves ongoing expenses, including hosting, technical maintenance, content management, and other operational costs.

We also request that senders avoid using demanding phrases such as “For Immediate Release.” The decision on whether and when to publish a press release remains with the publication and its editorial team. A courteous introduction and professional request for possible publication are always appreciated.

Please also be mindful of the length of your submissions. We receive press releases exceeding 2,000 words, which are difficult to accommodate. Ideally, submitted materials should be 500 words or less, concise, relevant, and ready for editorial review.

Most importantly, please introduce yourself and your company or agency when reaching out, especially if this is your first communication with us. Building a good relationship with the media begins with professionalism and mutual respect.

We value PR practitioners who understand that media organizations also invest time, resources, and money to maintain their platforms.

Let’s keep our communication professional, respectful, and mutually beneficial. Thank you.
