A New Joint Venture Launches Japanese-Inspired Community in Laguna

The collaboration between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC), known as P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, has proudly unveiled Idesia Cabuyao East, a fresh Japanese-inspired community in Cabuyao, Laguna.

The launch featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a house blessing for the new Mori model unit, and Kagami Biraki, a traditional Japanese ceremony symbolizing prosperity and good fortune. This achievement marks the seventh joint venture of P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin (PAHH), adding to their successful subdivision projects in Dasmariñas, Lipa, San Jose del Monte, and Cabuyao.
