A major highlight of the celebration was the launch of the Buildrite Academy, a pioneering TESDA-accredited training center designed to bridge knowledge gaps in construction. Offering hands-on training in tiling, waterproofing, and construction best practices, the academy aims to equip architects, engineers, contractors, and skilled workers with the expertise needed to elevate industry standards. This initiative ensures the correct specification and application of construction chemicals, leading to superior project outcomes.
Further solidifying its leadership, Magna Prime introduced the Philippines first Modified Silicone Manufacturing Facility, a collaboration with Kaneka. This eco-friendly facility lowers costs while enabling product innovation, paving the way for advancements in adhesives, sealants, and construction solutions tailored to local needs.
Alongside these milestones, the company unveiled cutting-edge products, including Smartbond Flex Wall and Smartbond Flex Hydro for enhanced tile bonding, Tofil 801 Extra for superior finishing, Kryocrete for thermal insulation, Stopslip for improved tile safety, and Surfix for optimal surface preparation. Each product is engineered to enhance efficiency, durability, and safety in construction.
