EcoWonder Park breaks ground in Calamba, Laguna

These are some of the attractions that make Eco Wonder Park a destination to look forward to when it opens its doors during the 4th Quarter of the year.

Located at Third Space Makiling nestled within the heart of Barangay Real, in the City of Calamba, Laguna, it is envisioned as a haven for family and friends to create lasting memories. It is a place where one can reconnect with nature, experience a unique blend of adventure and relaxation, and create cherished moments together.

Led by Calamba Hon. Mayor Roseller Rizal, the groundbreaking highlighted the strong support from the City Government, as well as the project’s positive impact on the local community. City Administrator Mr. Johnny Pamuspusan, Public Order and Safety Office Department Head Col. Conrado Masongsong, City Tourism Officer Karla Boholano, and Real Brgy. Captain Florencio Morales, Jr. were also present.

Owned and developed by retail, property, and community innovations projects developer Pricewide, Inc., Third Space recently had a groundbreaking ceremony which gathered esteemed guests, valued partners, and future patrons, all of whom share the vision of creating a space for connection, adventure, and a deeper appreciation for nature.

Pricewide, Inc. representatives: AVP for Corporate Planning Diana Huang, AVP for Finance Cynthia Dizon, Corporate Marketing Head Chie Arao-Santos, Leasing Manager Cristy Nebril, and Operations Manager Ronelo Alvarez welcomed them.

We will work together to bring this project to life, helping the community, tourism, and economy, and working with us in responsibly improving our environment,” said Hon. Mayor Roseller Rizal during his welcome message.

Corporate Marketing Head Chie Arao-Santos.

Also present was Holy Carabao School Co rounder Melanie Go who shared that “this project brings back the connection to self the family and the community. We aim to provide a place for visitors and residents of Calamba a place to relax, celebrate, and create new memories.”  

This 12-hectare haven, nestled at the foot of the majestic Mount Makiling, is inspired by Ray Oldenburg’s “Third Place” theory. It aims to be a vibrant community hub where people can gather, unwind, and reconnect with the beauty of nature.

A Multifaceted EcoWonder Park for All Ages

The EcoWonder Park will not disappoint when it comes to experiences. The interactive farm by The Holy Carabao School allows visitors to learn about agriculture through guided tours and fun activities like horseback riding, vegetable picking, and even carabao cart rides for everyone to experience a taste of farm life.

Thrill-seekers will also enjoy challenging themselves with the 17-meter-high ropes course at The Sky Walk designed by Kristallturm.  After a day of exploration, Calle Bistro offers the perfect place to unwind and savor delicious food. This food haven caters to all cravings, from casual bites to fine dining experiences.

EcoWonder Park goes beyond just being an entertainment destination. It envisions itself as a haven for families and friends to create lasting memories.
